Mental Health Crisis Card
What is the card for?
So people can help you the way you want them to when you are experiencing a mental health crisis or agitated state. It allows someone to know what to do immediately, in the first five minutes, to de-escalate the situation. The card is completed by the person carrying it and includes calming strategies and what works and what hurts in crisis situations.
