Meet Catherine Luko, PMHNP-BC—a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Smyrna, Delaware, recognized for her unique ability to blend clinical expertise with genuine compassion, zero judgment, and a touch of dark humor (because if you’ve survived trauma, you’ve definitely earned the right to laugh again).

With 16 years of nursing experience, 5 years as a Psychiatric nurse practitioner,  and specialized training in PTSD treatment and trauma, Catherine is the go-to professional for those seeking mental health recovery and tired of feeling misunderstood. She earned her RN from Our Lady of Lourdes in New Jersey, her BSN from Immaculata University, and her PMHNP from the University of Delaware. It is her mission to ensure every patient feels like they truly belong somewhere. With her, you’re never “too much,” never alone, and never judged.

Catherine offers psychological services for PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, panic disorder, ADHD, and first responders. She is especially known for helping individuals who have faced some of life’s toughest moments rediscover their footing on the path to mental health recovery.

When she’s not at Psych Alchemy, you’ll find her unwinding with her family or being playfully manipulated by her two chaotic fur-children, Sadie Mae and Ozzy—affectionately known as The Tweedles, because every day with them is a new episode of “What Fresh Hell Is This?”

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Lunch: 2:00–3:00 PM (prime Tweedle-wrangling hours)
