Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner | Chaos Whisperer| Delaware’s Garlic Queen

Meet Roni Becker, PMHNP-BC—a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Smyrna, Delaware with nearly 30 years of experience helping humans feel more grounded, supported, and understood. If calm had a mascot, it would be Roni (probably holding garlic).

Roni started her nursing journey at Delaware Technical Community College, earned her BSN at Immaculata University, and completed her PMHNP at Frontier Nursing University. She’s known for her steady presence, her ability to untangle complex mental health concerns with compassion, and her dedication to treating conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and more.

When she’s not helping patients rewrite their mental health story, Roni is living the good life with her husband, two grown kids, an ever-multiplying pack of grandchildren, and two very important pets: Frank the fur baby and Stevie the fur grandbaby. If you feed her, expect a dangerous amount of garlic. This is your only warning.

Ages Seen: 10 and up
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Lunch: Always 2:00–3:00 PM (unless someone brings garlic knots)
