Insurance Acceptance and Self-Pay Rates
Self pay rate is $300 for initial visit. Follow up visits are $150.
We accept the following insurances: (we do not accept most HMO's)
- Delaware Medicaid: Highmark Health Options, Amerihealth Caritas, & Delaware First Health
- We do NOT accept Traditional Medicaid
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem, FEP, Independence, any state BCBS)
- Aetna (Meritain)
- Cigna
- Medicare
- Tricare
- United Health Care
- Ambetter and Wellcare
- If you don't see your insurance listed, please give our office a call to confirm if we accept it.
- If we do not accept your insurance, you are still welcome to be seen as a self-pay patient.
- Please know that all payments are made via debit/credit card on the patient portal, prior to the appointment. Cash and check are not accepted.
